There once was a guy named earl
That wanted to play all the girls
He lived in the ghetto
And got kicked with a stiletto
His life went down in awhirl.
Shining so brightly
The warmness so comforting
Hoping it wont go.
Im so surrounded
Unfamiliar faces
Please just go away.
The time just goes by
Maybe one day it will speed up
And I wont have any time to think
Think about all the things I miss
Or maybe I am missing
The pain just goes numb
Without feeling it’s much easier
I can’t feel the aching
I cant feel the pain
I just let the time go by
Hoping it will go a little faster tomorrow.

That was very good. I liked the rhyme scheme at the beginning and thought it was very well thought about. I could feel the emotion.
