“Money is the root of all happiness”.
I think that money isn’t what makes a person up, but it can change people. When people come into a lot of money at one time there is not way that their life can stay the same. The thing that people need to remember is where they came from and who they really are. They need to remember their values because they can loose them while getting lost in the money.
The evil of selfishness also goes along with money because people will do crazy things to benefit themselves. When people loose their sense of caring for other people and only worrying about themselves is when that person can get themselves into trouble. I heard about this guy that won the lottery and after that his whole life went into a downward spiral. His granddaughter overdosed and his wife left him. He started getting robbed on a weekly basis and soon got himself into debt and addiction. This goes to show that money isn’t always the root of all happiness but can ruin lives.

i do agree money can ruin peoples lives.i think it is not the money though i think it is the person with the money. if somebody gets rich then yeah they should remember their past because that is where their true self lies.

Its the person the money just add's to the problem!
The people I kno that have lots of money do seem a lot more stressed out!
And ive personally seen money change people life! it wasnt really bad but it changed who the person was 100%!
But I honestly dont think everyones like that but I do think over time it can make them like it!

Greed can get people into a lot of trouble.
I think that a person can lose themselves in the pleasures of the world(possessions, money, power) but they can't be as happy as the normal person.

if finachal resourse are seen as get out of jail free cards there will always be problems
i do agree the money is the root to happines but to much i think some people stop caring and just start abusing it.
