I think if you are being a leader to get something out of it you aren’t looking out for the people that are following you. And you need to understand what the people are going through.

i agree with you if your gonna be a leader you have to care for the people you are leading you cant just do it for your benifit it just doesn't work.

Leaders are basically exactly what you just said. A great leader takes everything into consideration. Someday I can see you leading.
